A place to start

Does this feel familiar?

You may arrive with one visible problem. Often the work begins by noticing the pattern, body response, or relationship dynamic underneath it.

01

I don’t want sex the way I used to.

Desire may have become rare, unpredictable, or disappeared altogether — and you may not know what changed.

It might sound like… “Nothing is obviously wrong, but I just don’t feel desire anymore. I want to understand why.”

02

Orgasm feels difficult — or out of reach.

You may enjoy intimacy and still find it difficult to let go, stay with sensation, or reach orgasm.

It might sound like… “I can get close, but something seems to stop me. I don’t understand what I’m missing.”

03

The moment sex starts, you start monitoring yourself.

Instead of being present, you may be thinking about whether you are doing enough, responding correctly, or disappointing someone.

It might sound like… “I’m so focused on whether everything is going well that I can’t actually be in the moment.”

04

Your erection doesn’t always respond the way you expect.

It may be difficult to get or maintain an erection, even when attraction and desire are present.

It might sound like… “I want sex, but then my body doesn’t cooperate — and now I’m already worried about it before we start.”

05

Sex ends sooner than you want it to.

Ejaculation may happen before you feel ready, leaving you focused on control instead of connection or pleasure.

It might sound like… “I’m constantly trying to hold back, and the more I think about it, the harder it becomes.”

06

You still care about each other, but the spark feels different.

The relationship may feel close and important while erotic energy, anticipation, or attraction has become quieter.

It might sound like… “We love each other and we’re good together. I just don’t understand where the passion went.”

07

Your body doesn’t always become aroused the way you expect.

Lubrication may be limited or inconsistent, even when you want intimacy or feel emotionally interested.

It might sound like… “I want to be close, but my body doesn’t seem to respond in the same way.”

08

Sex hurts — or you are already expecting it to.

Pain, burning, pressure, or tension can make intimacy something you begin to anticipate with worry instead of curiosity or pleasure.

It might sound like… “I know it may hurt, so I tense up before anything even happens.”

09

You seem to want different things from sex.

Differences in frequency, needs, boundaries, fantasies, or ways of feeling close can gradually turn into pressure or distance.

It might sound like… “Neither of us is wrong, but we keep missing each other — and we don’t know how to talk about it anymore.”

10

It’s hard to stay present when you’re thinking about how you look.

Self-consciousness about your body, attractiveness, reactions, or experience can make intimacy feel exposing rather than connecting.

It might sound like… “Even when someone clearly wants me, part of me is still watching and judging myself.”

11

Sex has become predictable.

Nothing may be obviously wrong, but repetition can leave less room for curiosity, anticipation, or discovery.

It might sound like… “We still have sex, but it feels like we already know exactly how it will go.”

Two modes of work

The same situation can need different kinds of help.

We choose the mode around what is relevant in your specific case.

01 Deeper

Sexological counselling

When the question is not only what should I do, but why does this keep happening in me or between us?

Best for

  • Repeated patterns, shame, fear, avoidance.
  • Body responses that do not match the mind's explanation.
  • Desire, boundaries, relational history, and contradictions.

02 Forward

Intimacy and relationship coaching

When you do not need to explain where the issue came from. You need to understand your options.

Best for

  • Specific decisions, conversations, boundaries, or next steps.
  • Moving from point A to point B with more clarity.
  • Choosing a practical direction without pretending it is simple.

How we work

A guided process for understanding what is happening and what can change.

The process is not one fixed script. We look at the request, the context around it, and the level of depth or navigation that would actually be useful.

01

Clarify the request

We define what brings you here, what has already been tried, and what would make the work useful now.

02

Map the context

We look at the body response, emotional pressure, relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and timing.

03

Understand what keeps it in place

Sometimes that means shame or beliefs. Sometimes it is fear, mismatch, silence, old protection, or lack of language.

04

Choose the next move

We translate clarity into conversations, boundaries, experiments, reflection, or a more focused practical direction.

You are not alone

It can feel like it’s only you.
The research tells a different story.

A 2024 meta-analysis estimated the prevalence of sexual dysfunction at:

among men
31%
among women
41%

Behind these numbers are people navigating difficulties with their sexual lives — perhaps asking some of the same questions you are.

These experiences don’t make you inadequate, and you don’t have to dismiss what is difficult simply because others experience it too. Your experience deserves attention and support.

Let’s understand what’s happening for you.

About me

About me

I work between
precision and care —
where clarity meets
humanity.

My approach is based on conversation, observation, and body awareness. I listen not only to what you say, but also to where you hesitate, disconnect, intellectualize, minimize, over-explain, or feel something in the body before you can put it into words. Very often, the most important material is found in the gap between what you think you should want, what you actually want, and what your body responds to.

We take the time to understand what is true in your specific case, instead of forcing your experience into a ready-made explanation.

I can be direct when something needs to be named clearly, but I do not believe in pushing people faster than they are ready to go. This work needs honesty, but it also needs care. Sometimes we will ask a question you have been avoiding. Sometimes we will slow down and notice what happens in your body before your mind explains it away. Sometimes we may discover that the problem you came with is not the real problem, but the place where something deeper became visible.

I am not here to tell you what you should want, how you should have sex, or what kind of relationship you should choose. My role is to help you understand yourself more clearly, so your choices become less driven by shame, confusion, fear, or automatic patterns — and more connected to what is actually true for you.

I’m a Certified Sexologist and Intimacy & Sex Coach, with training in Somatica®, the Gottman Institute approach, psychosexual development, gender studies, and couples counselling.

Client perspective

Voices

Dariia notices what I don't say out loud, and names it in a way that finally makes sense.

CLIENT 02 - ANONYMOUS

Dariia is amazing at being very authentic, sitting with emotions without trying to change them. She is very good at hearing what isn’t being said, the underlying motivation or feeling or message. And she is able to stay focused and keep guiding while staying flexible and going with clients random thought patterns. She has a strong side and a lovely gentle soft side so she is able to give both perspectives in a grounded stern way, and also a gentle alternative perspective. When I’m with her I feel seen and also held responsible for my actions, not feeling judged but that she is on my side.

Direct doesn't mean cold here.

I felt supported, and I still kept my own responsibility.

12 — FAQ

Common
Questions

Clarity on boundaries,
structure, and expectations.

Have a different question?
Begin with a short request.
What happens in the first session?

We meet, talk, and build initial contact. I listen to your request, ask clarifying questions, and we begin to understand whether the format, pace, and way I work feel right for both of us.

Can I come if I only know that something feels off?

Yes. You do not need to arrive with a perfect formulation. Sometimes the first part of the work is finding the real question underneath the discomfort.

Do I have to do body practices?

No. Practices are optional and consent-based.

Do I have to undress?

No. Nudity is strictly prohibited, and there are no sexual actions with me.

Can I come alone if the issue is relational?

Yes. We can begin with the person who is ready, even if partner participation may later be discussed.

Can I come for one session or 90 minutes?

Some limited requests may fit one or two focused sessions, or a 90-minute meeting. I can discuss this after reviewing your application and understanding what kind of support would actually fit.

How is privacy handled?

Your privacy is deeply respected. Everything you share during our sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm to you or someone else.
